The Horizon Europe programme (2021–2027) for research and innovation is built around three main pillars – Excellent Science, Global Challenges and Industrial Competitiveness, and Innovative Europe. There are five missions relating to climate change, cancer, healthy oceans and water, carbon-neutral/smart cities and soil health and food, which also form an integral part of the programme.
Managing a project funded by Horizon Europe is a highly complex process, which involves a variety of people with specific roles as individuals or teams that take place at varying times. This process of managing covers initiating, planning, executing, and managing resources with the goal of completing specific deliverables within a given budget and time frame.
We are backed by over 20 years of European project management experience from several EU Framework Programmes for Research and Innovation, including Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe initiatives, in which we assume responsibility for a wide range of management support activities.
To effectively develop European research projects and to maximise the impact of the proposal, the consortium can delegate to our team different management tasks, where we can help the different members of the work together reliably resolving any needs relating to:
· Coordination of the consortium, the project tasks as well as the unbiased safe- keeping of information produced 👥
It has become even more relevant because the EU requires a professional coordinator with excellent organisational and leadership skills.
· Disseminating results for exploitation and a greater impact 🔃
We organise different dissemination actions to ensure the maximum impact, and select the most appropriate areas and the right channels, as well as the potential users and uses of the results.
· Communicating to society the benefits obtained and the impact 📣
